intermezzo

Intermezzo is the interlude of the suite: a Sauvignon Blanc that evokes freshness and curiosity. Grown on limestone and partially matured in amphorae, it combines notes of lime, gooseberry, and wet chalk. A delicate creaminess from the lees rounds out the texture. Thus, Intermezzo strikes a balance between clarity and smoothness – a white wine that delights now and also benefits from two or three years of aging.
